Lore
Orcs under Thrall still carve a home out of red rock and canyon heat. Forever keeps the Durotar start and Orgrimmar as the Horde's industrial heart, with Thrall as the Classic-era Warchief frame. On the kit side, Blood Fury remains the burst button for melee and casters, Hardiness shortens stuns, Axe Specialization rewards the iconic weapon fantasy, and Shatter Curse answers curse-heavy fights. Forever newly opens Mage so Horde arcane, fire, and frost can ride the same racial package that Warriors and Shamans already loved.
Faction, capital, and leader
Orcs fight for the Horde. The capital is Orgrimmar, and the named leader for Forever Classic-era framing is Thrall. Use that when you pick faction identity, city services, and early zeppelin or flight paths out of Durotar.
Starting in Durotar
You begin in Durotar, shared with Troll. Clear the Valley of Trials and nearby hubs on that zone page, then move into Orgrimmar.
Racials
Axe Specialization
Blood Fury
Hardiness
Shatter Curse
Exact wording matches our Forever racial traits reference.
Classes
New Forever combo highlight: Mage. Orcs have no Priest, Paladin, or Druid lane in Forever.
Who should roll Orc
Roll Orc if you want Horde burst defaults. Blood Fury and Hardiness help Warrior, Rogue, Hunter, Shaman, and Warlock alike. New Mage access is the headline Forever change if you want Orgrimmar casters with the same stun reduction and curse cleanse toolkit.
